Withdraw from Contract

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance-purchase contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day that you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If an order is delivered in separate shipments, the withdrawal period begins when the final item is received.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a clear statement before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
You may use the online form below or email support@narakotable.com.
Your withdrawal request should include:
• Your full name
• The email address used for the order
• Your order number
• The product or products concerned
• The delivery date
• A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase contract
You may write the following statement in the message field:
“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my purchase contract for the goods identified below.”
Using this online form is optional. You may exercise your right of withdrawal by sending any other clear statement to support@narakotable.com before the applicable deadline.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
After receiving your withdrawal notice, we will provide:
• Return authorization
• The applicable return address
• Return instructions
• A prepaid return label
NARAKO SUSHI LLC pays the return shipping cost for authorized returns.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days. Do not send products to the company’s registered address unless our customer service team specifically confirms that address in the return instructions.
RETURN CONDITION
You may inspect a product as you would in a physical shop. Please return the product with all included parts and, where reasonably possible, its original packaging.
If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and operation, any reduction in value permitted by applicable law may be reflected in the refund.
Your statutory rights regarding damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods remain available.
REFUNDS
Once the returned goods have been received and checked, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method. After we issue the refund, your bank or payment service provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to display the funds.
For a valid statutory withdrawal, reimbursement will also be completed within the mandatory deadline required by applicable consumer law. We may wait until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods were sent back, whichever occurs first.
Standard shipping is free, so no standard outbound delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.
COMMERCIAL RETURN PERIOD
In addition to the 14-day statutory withdrawal right, NARAKO TABLE provides a 30-day commercial return period beginning on the delivery date. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for the complete commercial return conditions.
