These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from NARAKO TABLE at narakotable.com.

Products

NARAKO TABLE sells products in the PREP & SHAPE, SERVE & SHARE and STORE & CARRY collections.

Customers should review the product title, description, dimensions, colour, package contents, care information and price before placing an order.

Formation of the Purchase Contract

The customer submits an order by completing checkout. Receipt of an order is confirmed electronically.

The purchase contract is formed when the order is accepted for fulfilment. If an order cannot be accepted, the customer will be informed and any captured payment will be returned to the original payment method.

Prices

The product price and total payable amount are shown before the order is submitted.

Standard shipping is free to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Denmark and Austria.

Payment

The payment methods presented during checkout are the methods available for the order.

Depending on checkout availability, these may include:

American Express;
Apple Pay;
Bancontact;
Diners Club;
Discover;
Google Pay;
Mastercard;
PayPal;
Shop Pay;
Visa.

Payment availability may vary according to customer location, device, currency and checkout configuration.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

The cut-off time is 14:00 Netherlands time. Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays observed in the Netherlands.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Netherlands: 1–2 business days;
Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg: 3–5 business days;
France, Denmark and Austria: 5–8 business days.

Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@narakotable.com.

After dispatch, applicable return and withdrawal rights remain available.

Statutory Withdrawal and Commercial Returns

EU consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

NARAKO TABLE additionally provides a 30-day commercial return period from delivery. Customers must contact customer service for authorization, return instructions, the applicable return address and a prepaid return label.

The authorization process does not restrict timely exercise of the statutory withdrawal right.

After receiving the return instructions, the goods must be sent back within 14 days.

Return Costs and Refunds

NARAKO SUSHI LLC pays the shipping cost for authorized returns and provides a prepaid return label.

After returned goods are received and checked, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. The bank or payment service provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to display the funds.

Statutory reimbursement deadlines remain applicable.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Products must conform to the purchase contract and applicable law.

EU consumers retain the statutory remedies available for non-conforming goods, including repair, replacement, price reduction or termination and refund where the applicable legal conditions are satisfied.

The applicable minimum two-year legal guarantee is preserved where required.

Governing Law and Consumer Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to NARAKO SUSHI LLC, without removing mandatory protections granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence.

Consumers may use the courts and remedies available to them under applicable consumer law.
